About Justin

Justin Cutting studied photography and visual arts as part of his undergraduate education in New York. As Justin continued his studies through graduate school and prepared for a career in government, he did not pursue his interest in photography beyond periodic darkroom work. However, in his first years of civil service employment, Justin had frequent contact with military and civilian groups working in Latin America, South Asia, and the Middle East, exposing him to scenes that revived his enthusiasm for photography and motivated him to acquire his first digital SLR. Initially only for personal use, his images have since been published on a commercial travel site. Today, Justin occupies a diplomatic post in London, where he continues to build a photo portfolio inspired by his travels and acquaintances.
